Is this a mix breed?

To be honest, that doesn't look like a well bird sleeping. I'd be worried instantly if I saw my birds asleep like that.
She should be opening her eyes when you approach, for a start. And that head angle & posture don't look good to me.
X 2

I would really watch her. Her posture = unwell bird.

What should I do then?

She is a gorgeous bird. Some of my chickens sleep like that as well, and they're completely healthy, so I wasn't worried. ;)

There is enough light in that photo that she shouldn't be asleep.
I would check her over.
Her face looks pale too.

It really pays to know your birds well. You can tell what is right and what isn't. That bird does not look right to me. Everything I have learnt about chickens by observing them tells me that hen is not feeling good.

It may pass, but why take that chance?
It's great she is eating and drinking. But I would definitely keep a careful eye on her.

Thank you so much for your reply, I’ve checked on her a couple of hours ago and she seems much better. More aware and alert. I’ll monitor her again tomorrow just to make sure.
