Is this a Nigerian dwarf goat?

I'm looking at purchasing a Nigerian dwarf goat for milking, female and baby, but I'm Not sure if this is a Nigerian dwarf goat or another breed, is there anyone out there that may know if what breed this is?

Looks like a Pygmy.

She looks just like one of my does... She looks like a Nigerian/Pygmy cross... How tall is she???
