Is this a no no?

I have about 12 ducklings that are ready for the big move to the barn from the intermediate brooder(they are getting too large for it).

In my barn I have a broody. She is in a corner and I have no real way to partition her off from the new babies. Will putting these ducklings in the barn be a really bad idea with the broody hen.

I wouldn't, when I tried to introduce my ducklings who had their Mother with them to the other grown hens they got chased and pecked a lot. Mom had to spend a lot of time protecting them. With no Mom to protect them yours could be in real trouble.
What about a temporary chicken wire fence?
