Is this a normal egg?

Hi Everyone,

I'm brand new to owning chickens so I'm sure this is a complete newbie question! I have Speckled Sussex hens and one of the hens lays eggs that are a couple of different shades of color. The eggs also have tiny spots all over them. My other hens lay eggs that are all one color with no spots. Is this just a normal variation? I'm paranoid because I had to put a hen down yesterday for an unknown illness so I'm hoping that the other girls are ok. Here's a pic!

Looks fine to me. A lot of my hens eggs look like this. I read on this site that the brown coloring is deposited shortly before laying. That's why it sometimes can be washed off a bit. Looks like nothing to worry about.
