Is this a normal pip

Woke up this morning to this kind of excited because I thought my white eggs weren't going to make it, just a newbie so I don't know if this is a normal pip and it seems far back, wish I marked air cells.

Well I just heard him give me a few chirps I'm pretty excited being a first-time Hatcher and especially sense I thought my hatch had been ruined because I had a lot of quitters around day 11

So it's been about 10 hours and haven't seen any progression past the picture is there a time I should start considering going to hands-on.so I had another egg PIP and I can tell that that one is a normal PIP because the Peak through and see his little mouth but this other guy I don't see anything it's just that crack could this be a malposition
