Is this a parasitic worm?

My chickens had hay been hanging out in this area, and after they had moved on, i saw this worm slithering out of a fresh pile o poo. It looks like an earthworm to me, but logic tells me it could be a roundworm or something of that nature. Is it an earthworm that just happened to crawl through chicken poo or no? Oh, and it's got dirt on it because i stepped on it.

Thank you! That was what i thought, bit I've never seen a roundworm before, and, of course, i would want tho worm my chickens if it was a roundworm. It was just strange because the ground was dry and hard all around the board, which made me wonder why an earthworm would be on the board. I suppose it just wanted a chicken poop snack.
