Is this a Pekin?

Hi everyone,

Would anyone be able to tell me what breed of chicken this is?

I'm looking at buying a Pekin and a potential seller sent me this photo. It doesn't look quite like the photos of Pekins I've seen before.

It looks like a Pekin/Cochin Bantam (same thing).
Not a good quality one if your looking to buy one for showing.
But, yes, that looks to me like a Pekin.
