My 9 eggs that are in the incubator are at 21 days and i don't know whether this is a pip or a piece of straw. Here is a pic:

the egg has been like that for about 5 hours with little change, i hope its a chick

I hve hatched several eggs in the past. It has taken them up to 26 hours before to hatch. You just have to be patient and let them do there thing. Whatever you do DO NOT help them out of there shell.
