Is this a Polish Frizzle?

Hello, I'm new here.

I'm looking to find out what kind of chicken this is; I really want one. I believe it's a female polish frizzle but i'm not entirely sure.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, that's what I thought. This is my dream chicken.
Anyone here know where I can find one for sale? I've been looking but haven't found anything yet. I would ask in the BST section, but you have to have 20 posts before you're allowed to.
