Is this a Pullet or am I wrong?

We hatched this chick under a broody and we were almost positive it was a pullet, but now we’re second guessing ourselves. It’s a cross breed but we don’t know of what breeds. We think Rhode Island Red and EE cross but not sure.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I would like a better picture of the wattles. I don't see any and that is often a better indicator of gender
