Is this a pullet or cock?

So I ordered 17 chicks from Cackle Hatchery. 16 of them were SUPPOSED to be pullets. They are almost 4 weeks old now and some of the pullets seem to have mini combs developing on the top of their head. Now I watched some videos on youtube of adult buff orpington hens and they seem to have little combs on top their heads too(don't know if hens actually have little combs on their heads or what those were.....I'm pretty new to chickens). I agree, although it's very hard to see clearly, I see enough pink to be suspect at this young age. So cockerel.
