Is this a pullet or cockerel?

I have 3 chickens. 2 turned out to be cockerels.. already crowing, had a larger and redder comb and wattles young.. now have the pointed tail feathers that flip over.

this one in the photos has always had a smaller comb and wattles and it was yellowish for a lot longer than the other 2.
The tail feathers are also confusing me.. they don’t look exactly like the other two cockerels. I think it is a barred rock.

it’s not crowing at all like the others yet. They all get along well and the other two don’t try to mate it.
im thinking it’s also a boy but wasn’t sure. What do you think?

they all are the same age and will be 4 months old in August

It will be 4 months in auagust

and no it never sits still! It is very active and hyper and a total mess lol

In that case I'm inclined to think it could be a girl.
Do you have a clear photo (if you can stop those legs going) of the saddle area. Just before where the tail starts.

All cockerels. The Barred ones look like Black Sex Link cockerels, so they were likely sexable from day one
