Is this a pure breed Welsh Harlequin duck?

Hello,
I bought a WH two days ago and I was just wondering if she is a pure breed WH. Here are two pictures.

Maybe, but if so she's not considered good quality - WH ducks should not have stripes across the eyes (in fact it's an automatic DQ if you're showing them). She also should have a black beak. So I would suspect she's either a WH mix or just a poor, maybe hatchery quality WH.
