He's a decent looking Rhode Island Red cockerel.
Not exhibition quality, but good quality. One thing that matters is his temperament.

He looks like Sicilian Buttercup, just looking at his comb. What are you planning to breed him to?

Comb is single, not split. Also Sicillian Buttercups are Autosomal Barred, & are Gold in color.

He would be a good choice. In the picture his comb looks funny on my monitor, is his comb a single blade flopped over or is it my vision?

He's a production Rhode Island red, not a heritage RIR. Looks good and healthy, and his daughters should be good layers.

Comb is single, not split. Also Sicillian Buttercups are Autosomal Barred, & are Gold in color.

Now that I zoomed in, the comb might actually be split. I guess I won't know until I see him in person.

He is absolutely a RIR, not a Buttercup. A buttercup would have white earlobes, green legs, paler plumage, a different comb, and a smaller size.

Minor correction, I never said he was a Buttercup, the picture of his comb is what prompted the comment.
