Is this a RIR??

This Chick was a late addition to top up numbers when we lost one

Have had her (?) for 2 weeks now and were told it was already 4 weeks old but I am doubtful as it is soooo small! Seems quite slow growing too

So here is Gingersnap - either 5 or 6 weeks now??!

Does this look like a RIR? or any other suggestions?

She doesn't look like any of my RIRs and I have had them since they were a couple of weeks old. All of mine had red feathers from day one. No white....sorry.
