The colors have me suspicious but nothing else is glaring. It does sit higher in its legs than the others, but my olive egger chicks from last year did that too so it's hard to say... it's an olive egger chick as well.

I can't see the comb that well or if it has wattles. Going by the thick legs and upright posture I'd consider it a boy.
