😞was supposed to be a bantam green queen pullet.
I'm sorry. I take it you can't keep him. I have a sexed pullet who is now one of my 2 roosters. Outside of autosexing or sex-linked breeds and dna tests, there's no 100% accurate way to sex them. And even then, there's a margin for error.

We can only have hens but I will keep him until my neighbors start to complain lol. How can you tell it is a roo?

That comb is just too red at that young of an age to be a pullet. A pullet's comb would be yellow/orange, maybe even a little pink, depending on the breed.
