Is this a roo or a hen?

New here. Long time lurker and follower. Excited to finally join!
She/he got got sold to me as a crested legbar, although it could just be a mutt. It was supposedly 5/6 weeks so it’s around 12 weeks now. Today I noticed the longer, thin neck feathers and some nubs growing that look like possible talons.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Agree with everyone else. Pullet.

But one thing. "Talons" as you call them, are actually called spurs. All chickens have them, but hens' spurs usually stay small, like in the picture. There are other times when hens can and do grow spurs. I have 5 or 6 hens with 1/4 inch spurs right now. Some only have one large spur, some have both. Spur growth is not a gender indicator.

Just as a friendly tidbit, roosters and hens are called cockerels and pullets until they're 1 year old. I learned this after making a post very similar to yours whenever I joined.
