What is the breed and age?

RIR about 3-4 weeks old. Seems girly to me too. Isn't agressive at all.

Kind of early, but my initial impression (after that 'hulking' first pic

) was a pullet as well. I don't think the absence of aggression is a clue at this age though. Not enough hormones yet.

My RIR roo was pretty obvious by 4 weeks. He had a definitely larger, pinker comb then the girls and had little pink wattles growing in already. Could always be a late bloomer I guess but I think you have a pullet there.
