I wouldn't be too worried yet. I think most cockerels would have a little more comb by now, at seven weeks. I would post again in a couple of weeks, though.

I would expect bigger, or at least redder, comb and wattles from a 7 week old cockerel but it could go either way right now. I'd give it a few more weeks and see how that comb develops.

I'd say 80% girl, but she can still be a very slow developing boy.
