i have 2 silkies named bonnie and delilah that are supposed to be female but i think delilah might be a guy. i dont know the ages but i know they are both the same age and the hen isn't old enough to lay. delilah has much larger wattles and comb. She also makes deep clucks when i through treats out on the ground that bonnie doesn't do. ive seen delilah sleeping with her head under her wing though and she hasn't crowed or shown any signs of spurs.

what age would delilah try to mate if she was a roo?

So far s/he looks like a pullet. . . But the "sure" age when it will try and crow and/or mate will be about 4 months.

Looks like you have a pair there to me. Mine didn't start crowing and mating until about 6 months, just a few weeks before the pullets 1st egg.
