I don't see any signs of rooster in it. Do you have a full picture of it?

I think that it is a rooster. From what I can see, the crest feathers are kind of pointy, and the crest just looks like a male Polish's crest to me. However, could you get a closer photo of the crest, and a side profile picture?

Looks like a rooster from that angle based on the crest (feathers on the head), but a straight on pic would be easier to identify. Females and Male polish chickens have very different crest shapes.

that's a hen, here's a picture of one of my silver laced polish hens (spurs and all)
