Is this a Roo?

Can anyone tell if my chicken, on the left, in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th pic is a rooster? I think they are all hens but one of them worries me. This is my first flock and I'm thinking of getting two more since my city allows for up to six hens. They are around 11 weeks old now.

What is this one, a barnevelder? Sorry but that does look like a lot of tail feather for 11 weeks... still I could be wrong! As a person who has a record of 6 roosters out of 8 chicks purchased, my motto is still 'don't give up hope until they start crowing!'

Hmm..I'm not sure, it would be easier to tell with some pics of the face and comb.

It's an EE (Easter Egger). It looks to be a pullet with the coloring. They all look to be pullets (EE, barred rock, buff orp and RIR).

All females. I think the one you're talking about is an Easter egger, she's just clean faced.
