I'd read a thread about a lady that would "peck" the chickens of the coop with her finger around the eyes and on the face in general ...imitating chicken behavior showing your part of the flock. Perhaps that you'd help her behavior if you did this regularly. I figure what can it hurt so I do it with all my new chickens now. I'll also do it to any bird that doesn't like being handled Each time they act up.
