Is this a rooster or a hen with rooster like looks?

I got these birds, being told they were all hens. To me, a lot look like rooster though. Also, any idea on the breed? They have feathered legs also.

One cockerel in the first picture and two in the second - the dark birds. They appear to be crossbreds. Profile pictures would help in identification.
