Is this a Rooster? Possible spur growing? What are your thoughts?

Here's a picture of one of my chicks legs and the color portion is where the spur is. My full grown hen has a rounded spur bud but a few of my chicks ( 2 months old ) have these. When i rub my finger on it, it feels more pointy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

you cant tell gender by spur buds as even some hens grow spurs
