is this a rooster?

We bought a house in feb and inherited a coop and chickens.
This was one of three chicks but am now wondering if its a rooster ?
By my reckoning its about 6 months old ???
Not heard any crowing yet....wonder if someone can help me identify breed and gender ?

Yes, that is a rooster because it has male saddle feathers. My first guess on breed would be white leghorn because of the white earlobes.
