Sure looks like one to me. How Old is he?

Just about one year if he is a roo is there a reason why he doesnt make noise? I have four chicken 3 are girls(if this is a roo)

Are the waddles and comb about the same size on the other 3 as this one?? If so then this one might be a girl---but it sure looks like a rooster??

The other white silkie is a lot smaller and the waddles and comb are barely noticable. My other two are americaunas and are both females.
