Pink comb, quite a bit of growth, bright red wattles... Rooster-to-be (or not to be, depending on your choices).

Yeah I'm leaning toward cockerel too.

How does it compare to your other chicks in comb and wattle growth? Size of feet and legs? These are some fairly dependable ways to figure it out.
