Is this a rooster?

My friend got this chick about 18 weeks ago. Sold as a lavender Ameraucana pullet. Just started crowing within the last 2 weeks.

She has 14 or so pullets, all purchased together which I have heard can make some pullets try and crow. This one has not shown any interest in mating at all and is kinda a loner.
