I do live on 3 plus acres. And they sleep together but worried about my two hens getting hurt.

Two hens is too little for even one cockerel most of the time. You could get more girls until you have 8-15 hens per each, or you could re-home him and get more hens for your one rooster, or re-home them both and not get more hens.

I purchased four chicks that were sexed and supposedly all female turns out two are roosters my Rohde Island I know is a rooster he crows and is the leader of the flock.
Not sure about this one though? Haven’t heard him crow yet.
I can’t have two roosters and only two hens!!

I say re-home the Rhode Island Red. The roosters are often quite aggressive.
Then get a few more hens for the Cuckoo Marans.

You said that you have 2 hens and 2 roos? You will either need to get 4 more hens and rehome one roo, or rehome both roos.

Yes! The light barring should stand for pure bred birds whether they are cuckoo or barred
