Definitely a Marans cockerel.
I'd also say re-home the RIR.
Marans lay nice brown eggs, and while you won't be getting any from that feller, maybe you could get a Marans hen and breed some more.
I like RIR, but Marans are a nice, intelligent breed too, and I've heard RIR can be aggressive.
That said, it's probably best to wait and see if either show nasty traits.
Get a couple more hens if you can anyway.
Not like you need tons of hens per cockerel, four or five should do the job there.
