Is this a rooster?

I’m pretty positive this is a rooster but I just want some more input. He has been trying to crow for about a week now, not quite successfully though lol aside from that, look wise, would you say he is a rooster? He is 9 weeks old, will be 10 weeks old in a few days.

Yep! His comb and much too red and swollen at such a young age to be a pullet.

Looks like his male-specific hackle feathers (pointy) are already coming in too. You've got yourself a cockerel.

Definitely a boy, that comb is far too red for a 9-10 week old pullet.
