Any other siblings as comparison? I can't really see the saddle or hackle feathers clearly..

Its a male. The pattern is crele, and the hen doesn't feather in that way. If you are in doubt, look at the hackle feathers...they are very clearly pointed. Its just young still, he will look quite beautiful when full grown. Here is a similar bird, but fully feathered and a bantam.

I am guessing he was hatched in late fall but not sure since son him bought at a sale.maybe 3 or4 months.

In the very first photo you can see the longer pointed saddle hackle feathers....his color resembles Crele...so the orange barred feathers in the black barred area are his NEW male saddle feathers....females don't have that and they wouldn't be that color.

Roo. You can see pointy hackle feathers but the gold on the wings is the giveaway. As stated, that's roo coloring. Really pretty color!
