Is this a runt or am I just worrying?

They are from a mixed bantam flock. Pekin, Polish, Sablepoot, Dutch bantam and frizzle. It looks to have a lot of Pekin in the blend (shape and feathered legs). I wonder if Dutch game in there would make it smaller than the other mutt?

The other one has long legs, sparsely feathered legs, a long body and looks like there is a hint of a crest coming (fingers crossed). Currently it is trying its hardest to be like de Niro in Taxi Driver. If it is a boy it might get lumbered with the name Travis Bickel!

Pekins are lovely.

In the end I put some nutri drop so in the mash (didn’t want to give it directly to such a small bird) and they loved it. Little Brown has new feathers today and has grown a little too I think so hopefully all is ok, and it is just going at its own pace. Fingers crossed.

It was a happy ending the other hen turned out to be a large cockeral and the little one is a pekin bantam I think.
