Could be a salmon Cochin. I just picked up 3 of those. 2 of mine are really light but the third has a brown back.

That's an excellent point! Still pretty rare to have come from a TSC, but at least this variety is actually established!

I got this one from the mixed bantam bin at TSC. I assumed it was a cochin until it started growing in the wing feathers. Does it look like a really dark salmon favorelle? It's really dark. Any clue on gender?
