Hey! Could anyone tell me or guess what breeds these three chicks are? Especially the light grey one and the little brown one.

:) Peace

Looks like a Barred Rock roo (the black and white one) and maybe two Easter Eggers. The grey one looks like a roo too. I can't really tell what the brown one is because I can't see the face or anything, but the coloring of the feathers looks like a EE. .

The black barred one seems to be a BSL cockerel. A barred rock boy would have MUCH lighter coloring. However, it could be a barred rock female chick with a large-looking comb - the picture isn't really good enough to tell for sure.

No idea with the others - the pics need to be closer up/include comb, legs, side shots and top shots.

Hey Guys! Thanks for the advice. Here's a somewhat better picture. I was taking them with my iPad, and it isn't the best at taking pictures. Haha

I've researched further, the black one, Pip, seems to be a Barred Rock. His comb is very large and pink ( almost red ) and he's only 5 weeks.

Nugget, the grey one, is only two days older and is a LOT bigger! Although, it seems like he might be a rooster. And yes!, he does look like an Easter Egger. Is that an actual breed? Or is that another name for an Ameraucana?

As for the little one, Penny, she has a crooked beek, and it has altered her growth. They are all the same age, but she's tiny! She eats just as much as the others, because I feed her puréed chick feed. We think she may be an Auracana?

Peace :)

x2 but could the black and white one be a cuckoo marans?

That is very well possible! It's a tie between a Barred Rock and a Cuckroo Maranas. Just going to have to wait and see!

Also, how would I know if the grey one is a rooster? The crown?

no.. well the way to sex barred breeds is that the males are normally lighter in colour and nearly always have a white spot (females can have white spots to but they are normally smaller) on the top of they're head
