is this a silver duckwing phoenix??

I got some eggs a few month back and this sassy little thing hatched out. I have no Idea what it is. I know the woman had Phoenix but she also had some Hatch Game and other game birds as well. Any guesses on breed and gender?

8 weeks I'ts tail is longish and hangs down it almost never holds its tail up.

Chick coloration is wrong. Also, purebred Phoenix are rare and expensive, so I'm guessing it's a mixed breed, possibly with some phoenix.

It's always a wild guess at that age, but it looks like it may be a rooster .

It has the stance of one of the "game" breeds so that's a positive indication, but if it's mixed breed, I don't think there is anyway to tell at this point if it's Phoenix, or some other type of game breed.
