Is This a Silver Phoenix Rooster?

I Got This Rooster for Free and I Think It's a Phx Rooster any Suggestions I already googled up a Silver Phoenix Rooster and It Looks Exactly Like Mine Except For The Tail

Yes, the colouring is silver. However I do not know what breed it is, but it's not a phoenix. Both leg and earlobe colour are wrong for a phoenix, and as you already noted, the tail, one of the important characteristics of a phoenix, is also wrong.

*Mottled Silver. This color appears in Leghorns, so it may be a Leghorn crossed with something, or a complete mutt. He's beautiful!
