Is this a Silver Pied?

I was wondering if this chick is a silver pied or just a regular IB pied with little color. I believe the parents are a white hen and an IB Pied (may be white eyed). Here are some pictures:

Yes it is silver pied 80% or more white and the rest the normal color.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking it was but wasn't completely sure. I have always wanted a Silver Pied.

Yes that is a silverpied chick and the one on its left is a pied . The mother contributed one white gene and one white eye gene and the father a pied and a white eye gene. A bird with with one white gene and one pied gene is a pied bird. sometimes a pied bird carry one white eye gene also- showing more white. still not a silverpied. chick needs two copies of white eye gene to be called a silver pied
