Is this a silver spangled hamburg?

Hi all, here is a pic of D'arcy, my 6 month old "silver spangled hamburg" rooster --- or so the breeder told me when she sold me the egg. when i googled SSH , he doesn't look like the pictures mostly due to his green tail feathers and yellowish neck and saddle feathers..... any ideas?

Are those feathers on his legs? There are only a few feathered leg breeds in large fowl...might give you a clue.

Maybe he has a little cochin mixed in, or something like that?? I don't know.
