Is this a single comb on a silkie?

Here are a couple pictures of him...not the best, but it is what I have on my computer right now...too bleepin' cold to mess around out in the coop today. I know all my silkies are really dirty, but the coop flooded last time we had a warm-up/slight thaw, and everyone got messy. Yuck! I can't wait to get them all outside. Northern New York is the pits in the winter!
