Is this a successful incubator ?

So I found what I think is robin egg and I would like to try to hatch it so I would LOVE to know if the set up I have would work or not or if it needs adjustments plzzz help ASAP P.S the egg wasn't too cold when I found it as it was around 80 degrees today up until I found it please help

Robin eggs are blue not white.
