Male duck prolapse

I noticed my Male duck had a what I think is a prolapsed male part I have no vet to consult with but after having a chicken hen with one earlier this year that's the only thing I can think it is.... I treated hers for about a month- 6 weeks before it healed using oil, Vaseline, triple anti biotics and calcium pills. I'm assuming it's a similar thing for ducks? I currently have him isolated after a bath to clean him up so I could see a bit better I have a photo below can anyone help me on what to do to treat it?

It had like poop or puss caked on i had a similar thing with my chicken hen. When I was touching it he was reacting by lifting his legs so I think it's still there and possibly healthy just under it
