Is this a tumour or...???

Hi guys I just noticed a growth on one of my pullets this morning. Haven't really noticed it before so not sure how long it has been there but doubt that it was longer than a week.

I went to pick on it and some skin came off along with a small amount of blood. I squeezed it slightly but there wasn't any pus. The growth seems pretty firm - not soft or squishy. Just worried it may be infectious. She doesn't seem affected by it. She's eating well and her normal active self. What do you think it might be?

No it's just a lump below it...it's really odd..

I'd pull that piece sticking out.
I have no idea if that's a good idea or not but that's what I would do.

I've dabbed some sow thistle sap on it ...it works well on precancerous tumours....
