Is this a vitamin deficiency?

I wanted to include a video of her and can not figure out how!
This is one of my 3 year old Langshans. She started doing this off balance stomp walk several months ago and I decided it must be a vitamin deficiencie so I gave her a few days of Poly Vi Sol drops. It seems to do the trick but now she is doing it again and the drops are not as effective. Should I keep giving her a dropper full (half and half with water) every day until it stops or can you give too much of that? OR is it something else?

This has been in and off for months. Wouldn’t that have affected the whole flock? She isnotherwise fine.

Mereks has many symptoms and not all Show it..Read up on it or it's neurological?...

Yes she is always doing this now. She was on a hill so went fast. If she is on level ground she just picks her feet up funny and also seems off balance. Mom of the other chickens do this.

You can try other feed and vitamins though?. It won't hurt them..

If that is what it is Not contagious then I hope.
What can I do for her?
