Is this a wattle at only 2 weeks?

Three years ago, I got an oops rooster in my bunch of 10. He had wattles & a comb from 2-3 weeks & his sisters & surrogate mom all bit his wattles. The severely injured one never redeveloped. Full name is Kookaburra One Wattle & he is a 3-year-old Blue Australorp.

Thanks for the replies. Right now I have them in a brooder where they all can still see each other but I need that for the next batch or chicks. Will have to figure it out soon, I guess.

Anybody have an idea what breeds get their wattles so young?

It could be individual variation, not necessarily breeds. I've had many batches of Orpington chicks for example, but in one particular batch the boys got their wattles super early, and they were bright red! I thought they were inflamed, they were that red at only a couple weeks old. The chicks grew up fine and there was nothing wrong with them (I ended up with 6 males and 1 female), I have no idea why their wattles were so developed so early.
