Is this a Welsummer pullet?

I bought this days old chick from a feed store (that gets is chicks from a hatchery). It was advertised as a Welsummer, but it looks like one of my older my Easter eggers. This is her 7 weeks old picture.

The sexes usually have different color patterns early in this variety. It's not 100%

. In the Hoover's photo the female is on the right and the male is on the left.
