Is this a worm?

Today one of my chickens (don’t know which one though) pooped something that looked like a tapeworm, but not sure if it is. One of my chicken has been having this problem of laying shell less eggs and ive given her caltrate and things but still no improvement. If it was a worm I would guess it is her. I have dewormed them many times. Here is the picture of what seems to be a worm. Could you give some ideas if it’s a worm and what I should do?

The pinkish bit in the poop might possible be lash egg material or intestinal casing. Since she has been having problems with shell-less eggs, I would lean more to it being lash egg or related to an egg membrane.

It can be be a sign of salpingitis in hens. Some try antibiotics for a bit to see if it helps, but they may or may not help. Here is some reading about it:

I agree. Hard to tell if it's a membrane, salpingitis - but not a worm.

I looked at some picture of salpingitis, does not look like that. Any other idea?
