I looked at some picture of salpingitis, does not look like that. Any other idea?

She has a history of laying soft shelled eggs. Give her 1 Caltrate with D3 for 5 days, no more and see if that helps with the shell quality.
Feed her her normal feed, provide oyster shell free choice, provide fresh clean water. Limit treats.

I agree. Hard to tell if it's a membrane, salpingitis - but not a worm.

Then it may not make any difference the second time around. You can try again to see if the calcium firms up the shells.
